Our metabolic program is a 30 min HIIT class. Filled with high intensity training using various pieces of equipment to keep your cardio in check!

When this is in check, you will perform life's tasks and all activities with ease.
This high intensity 60 min class offers an opportunity to improve conditioning and muscular endurance through a series of boxing fundamentals, punches/combinations, footwork and drills.
Mary Boyer is an accomplished, energetic & inspiring fitness/Nutritional/Lifestyle Coach, author and owner of Trufitness.
Her past experiences and triumphs as a competitive athlete in gymnastics, crossfit, bodybuilding and distance running set the stage for furthering her career as a full time coach.
