Our metabolic program is a 30 min HIIT class. Filled with high intensity training using various pieces of equipment to keep your cardio in check!
A unique program that emphasis on balance, coordination & training the neuromuscular system.
When this is in check, you will perform life's tasks and all activities with ease.
This high intensity 60 min class offers an opportunity to improve conditioning and muscular endurance through a series of boxing fundamentals, punches/combinations, footwork and drills.
Mary Boyer is an accomplished, energetic & inspiring fitness/Nutritional/Lifestyle Coach, author and owner of Trufitness.
Her past experiences and triumphs as a competitive athlete in gymnastics, crossfit, bodybuilding and distance running set the stage for furthering her career as a full time coach.
Her mission, to help others improve their quality of life by providing transformative fitness and wellness services for her tribe. Mary has created a supportive environment that facilitates lasting change by applying educational tools NOT fads or costly gimmicks.
Her career in the health & fitness industry spans over 3 decades and her passion continues to evolve with her latest projects, The Midlife Movement Podcast and Youtube channel. Join our tribe for a monthlong run/hike/walk (Ruck pack added for advanced) 1.5 Mi. a day t(Totaling 48 Mi. for the month) to support Henry's Heroes a local foundation bringing support and awareness to the epilepsy community.
1 out of 26 people will suffer a seizure in their lifetime, and many will go on to develop Epilepsy.
